ORDERS

1. Phiero Woman reserves the right to accept or refuse any order without any apparent reason, with the commitment of informing you if such event should occur.

2. You are responsible for the provision of accurate information for us to delivery your product with all our guarantees. In case an order cannot be sent because of the lack or inaccuracy of the delivery information provided, the client shall be solely responsible.

3. The possibility of sending and providing our product to the client shall depend on the availability of the products. In case of lack of stock, impossibility or managing orders or other causes, Phiero Woman shall inform the client while giving the option to wait or cancel the order, returning the money if necessary.

4. All shipping and delivery times are approximate and in no case shall be guaranteed. Phiero Woman shall not be held responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company or other causes beyond its management and control.

5. In case a delivery should need a signature to confirm the reception of the product, you shall be responsible for the actual presence of a person to receive your product at the address provided in the order form. You shall also be responsible for picking the product at the corresponding transportation agency in case you cannot be found at the delivery address. If they package should be returned, you will be re-charged the shipping expenses.

6.Phiero Woman shall not be held liable for any shipping problem or if your orders are impossible to manage.

7. All the products purchased through this website are for personal use and, therefore, not transferable. These products shall not be resold or lent to third parties.

8. In case of receiving a defective, unwrapped or faulty product, Phiero Woman shall replace it with no additional cost provided that you acquired the product through this website. If you purchased the product through a website different than the official or anywhere else, we shall not be responsible for the quality of your order.

9. In no case shall we manage your order until we receive the payment from your credit card company, being able to suspend the shipment in case the payment is not duly executed.

In no case shall Naturmedical Bv. have “responsibility” over any special, direct, indirect, punitive, civil, exemplary or casual facts related to possible perjuries or damages resulting from the use of any Phiero Woman product. The use of the products of this system implies a full knowledge and acceptance of each and every legal term herein, being understood that the user does this under his/her absolute responsibility and exempting Naturmedical Bv. and its from any responsibility.

3. All representations, opinions, statements, declarations and testimonials on this website are conclusions and opinions of third parties and shall be understood as such. Among these third parties there are medical and professional testimonials, customers’ testimonials, opinions published in online forums and scientific texts referring to the effectiveness of the ingredients of the products. 

4. The responsibility of Naturmedical Bv is expressly limited to the replacement of faulty goods and, in those cases applying the money back guarantee, to the refund or payment to the buyer of the amount paid by the latter to the sellers except for, in any case, shipment expenses.

5. The buyer or any other person using the information and products contained on this website agrees knowing and accepting the responsibility limitations declared by Naturmedical Bv.
